they need, without dependence on Charity or Welfare
if they're able to work for income!

But this would only happen if many more people shared in the profits of a growing economy - if
many more people owned the businesses that generate the incomes and profits in the economy.

We've come to learn that the same people owning everything and everyone else owning nothing
has not made the World a better place.

Collateral fund would use charitable or philanthropic contributions and other soft capital to build economic empowerment for ordinary people so that they can also be able to create jobs for themselves, earn incomes
and feed themselves instead of remaining permanently dependent on Charity or Welfare
while they're able to work.
